Terms & Conditions for "Free Returns on LJ Struthers" promotion for the month of February 2018.

Whether this is your first piece or your fifteenth, we hope you’ll love your choice. If, however, you’d like to exchange it for another item of lj struthers clothing, return shipping is complimentary during February. To exchange, please call or text the studio on 0402 019 450 or email us at: [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item, to have a pre-addressed, pre-paid return satchel sent to you. When you receive the satchel, simply enclose the unwanted item/s and return via Australia Post within a further 7 days. Once your returned item has been received and checked in our studio, we will contact you right away to arrange for another lj struthers piece to try, or issue store credit or a refund. Please note that this offer applies only to lj struthers items purchased during the month of February 2018, and we must receive notification of your wish to return them within 7 days. Offer applies to clothing only and may not be applied to other purchases. Returned item/s must be in perfect original condition with tags attached. Items which have been damaged or marked may not be returned.

Returns Outside of Promotional Periods or on Non-Promotional Items.

If something is not quite what you had imagined, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note, provided that the item is in its original condition; unwashed, unworn and unused and within 14 days of receipt.

Returns may be made in person or by post. Return postage will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you return the item using registered mail as the maker is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. If the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered the maker will cover all postage costs.

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us by email or phone. The original item must first be returned as per the details above. Once the original item has been received the new choice can be collected from in store or posted at the customer’s expense.

If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be made up in the form of a credit note. The credit note can be used either in store or online. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

If you cannot decide on a replacement straight away, we are happy to offer you a credit note of the total value of the purchase, minus the postage costs. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

refunds

A refund will only be given if the item is faulty. The item must first be returned as outlined above. In this instance we will cover postage costs. Please contact us by email or phone to organise pre-paid postage.
