FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $450

We are pleased to offer both domestic and international shipping for your online orders, as well as the option to collect in store. 

At checkout there is a flat rate of $12 on all orders for standard Australian shipping, with the option to select express shipping at a calculated rate. We endeavour to dispatch domestic orders daily, using Australia Post, but please note that choosing express shipping expedites Australia post's handling and delivery time, not dispatch from the store. 

If your order is over $450, you’ll automatically receive free standard shipping within Australia. Hooray!

If you’re shopping from outside Australia, please select your country or region from the drop-down menu. If your country does not appear on this list, kindly email shop@themakerhobart.com.au so we can arrange a shipping quote for you.

Please note that import taxes vary between countries, and the maker is not responsible for extra fees which may be incurred when your items arrive.

If you’d like to collect your order in person, simply select ‘pick up’  from the delivery methods available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is wrapped and ready for you, usually within 1 business day. To save any inconvenience, please be sure to drop by during opening hours, 10 – 5 on weekdays, or 9 – 3 on Saturdays, and if you need to collect your order urgently, kindly call ahead so we can have it ready for you.
