AUTHORITY TO LEAVE CAN BE REQUESTED

We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels Australia wide, on delivery you will be asked to sign for the parcel however if you prefer to have the parcel left at your front door then you will need to contact Australia post to request this.

Shortly after your order has been placed you will receive a text message from Australia Post this will give you a link to change your delivery preference and authorise the parcel to be left in a safe place. 

If you prefer to sign on delivery then no change is necessary, but if you are not home when the parcel is delivered a card will be left and you will need to collect the parcel from a nearby post office.
