LJ struthers : cotton lunar smock blue trim

$428.00

Our signature lunar smock in floppy ramie linen is embellished with beautiful bands of hand-stitched cotton, meticulously crafted by artisans in the hill town of Cuetezalan, in Mexico's northern Puebla region. The exquisite workmanship is part of the area's rich and lively cultural heritage, with weaving and embroidery practices preserved by intergenerational teaching. The traditional pattern in crisp blue and white adds a vivid summery note of to this very special, limited edition piece.

A daily layering favourite with a banded boat neck, wide cuffs and relaxed, straight-sided volume, the lunar smock is versatile choice. A crescent yoke with subtle centre gather creates a full, swing-style profile at the reverse, pairing perfectly with the lj struthers archer, cambridge or curator pants.

Please take care to avoid snags and pulls to the cuffs of this garment. We recommend a gentle hand wash, or delicate machine setting with a net laundry bag.
