The gallery duster is a lightweight, longline jacket with a simple, unstructured opening and two side inseam pockets. Its subtle cocoon shape is created by box pleats in the deep hem, and cuffed sleeves keep the silhouette light and dynamic. With its open, buttonless style, the gallery duster is a perfect outer shell to show your beautifully composed layers.

This gallery has been pieced with decades-old fabric that features a natural, tactile weave and the subtle marks of its age including visible mending.

This piece is composed from decades-old fabric, hand-sourced in Japan. Treated with care and respect, its beauty will continue to grow. This piece has been hand-mended in the sashiko style with historic and modern stitching. To preserve its life, please be mindful of its history, and continue to mend as needed in the future.

Air your garment between wears, store away from direct sunlight, and carefully hand wash in cold water when needed. Do not wring but gently blot, reshape while damp,
and air dry in the shade.
