This organic Uji matcha comes from Wazuka in Kyoto, where tea growers have passed down their knowledge for over 800 years. Nakai Seichaba has been growing tea organically here since the 1980s. Made with nothing but finely ground green tea, it’s an everyday matcha for drinking and baking. Whisk it with hot water or mix it into a latte.

Nakai has been part of this community for generations and began growing organically in the 1980s.
