Cuvée Chocolate was established in Melbourne in 2014 by Australia's number one chocolatier and master pastry chef Deniz Karaca.
Deniz has managed to develop a product of outstanding purity, a handcrafted premium pure chocolate bar that could be paired with wine without compromising either element. He uses a blend of the very best cocoa beans sourced from selected regions around the world according to their terrain, climate and altitude.
Volcanic soil and the ideal climate conditions on the beautiful island of Java is what makes this chocolate truly outstanding. A rich milk chocolate that impresses with strong hints of caramel throughout the front palate, screaming dulce de leche all the way. The meticulous attention to detail during the fermentation and roasting process lends it its slight roast notes and a buttery finish.
Great matches include Sémillon, Riesling, Moscato, Rosé, Botrytis, Port, Tawny and Muscat. You can also try this chocolate with a buttery wooded Chardonnay.
