Kaya cloth is famously absorbent, quick to dry, highly durable and very soft- in short, the perfect thing to reach for when you emerge from the bath! Create some at-home onsen inspiration, give as a gentle welcome to a new baby, or pack one on your next trip (they’re incredibly light and compact). If you prefer a larger bathsheet, you might like the kaya halfket.

washing & care : this fine, net-like textile is woven from pure cotton and stiffened with natural plant starches for presentation. You can expect its texture to become incredibly soft and waffle-ish with wear and washing, as shown in the last picture. Kaya can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle (a laundry bag will help prevent snags) but should not be tumble dried.
