Made from meticulously collaged overlapping Japanese ledger papers, with kanji and intricate grids, this large folded sheet was originally used to wrap something on the diagonal... I wonder what? 

Creased and crinkled, these sheets are nonetheless thicker than a regular sheet of paper, and could be a wonderful base for a mixed media artwork, further collaging or craft use, spectacular gift wrapping, or hung on a wall to showcase its texture and history.
